With its smokey, salty flavours, it makes an amazing addition to fresh salads, miso soup and burgers. I even risked sprinkling mushroom risotto with this mix – the results were mixed but, you know, THE VITAMINS!

The Queen’s Gambit (Netflix)
The most successful show in the history of Netflix has only been online a little over a month but has already been watched by 62 million families and has resulted in the original novel, by Walter Tevis, to become a New York Times bestseller (37 years after its release!) and the purchase of 250% more chess sets on eBay. Wow! If that’s not proof enough that The Queen’s Gambit is a must-watch, we don’t know what is.
The Baker’s Son Vegan Mince & Cheddar Pie
We were trying to keep this one a secret because our local supermarket runs out of these vegan pies way too often for our liking but our motto has always been to share the good things, so here goes – The Baker’s Son Vegan Mince & Cheddar pies are to die for! Seriously. They don’t take long to warm up in the oven and the taste is heavenly.
You’ll find these pies next to the vegan section (ironically located next to the meat section) alongside their The Baker’s Son non-vegan ‘brothers’.
