Fiction and non-fiction, business advice and recipes, historic and ultra-modern – there is something for everyone among the latest book releases.
OTHER PEOPLE’S HOUSES, Kelli Hawkins
A decade after her son died, Kate spends her weekends hungover and attending open homes on Sydney’s North Shore. When she visits the Harding house, she becomes obsessed with the seemingly perfect owners – the good looking husband, the beautiful wife and the son. As her obsession with the family escalates, Kate makes choices and decisions that put her in danger.
A great weekend read with interesting twists – you won’t be able to put the book down until you find out how it ends.
THE ROSE CODE, Kate Quinn
During World War II, three very different women answer the call to Bletchley Park, a top-secret government establishment situated in a stately home, where the best minds in Britain work to break German military codes.
As the royal wedding of Princess Elizabeth and Philip Mountbatten whips post-war Britain into a fever, the three friends- turned-enemies are reunited by a mysterious encrypted letter – the key to which lies buried in the long-ago betrayal that destroyed their friendship and left one of them confined to an asylum.
An intriguing and inspiring story based on true events and characters that had me glued to it from start to finish.

ALLERGIC TO PERFECT: HOW TO DITCH YOUR DOUBT ANS TAKE IMPERFECT ACTION TO GROW YOUR BIZ, Natalie Tolhopf
Business coach Natalie Tolhopf knows that so many women are held back by self-sabotaging habits, limiting beliefs, self- doubt, overwhelm and comparison-itis with other people’s unrealistic social media pages.
Natalie gives an honest account of her two failed businesses, burn out and waking up with Bell’s Palsy, which temporarily paralysed one side of her face. She emerged the other side with a successful six-figure business and learned that addiction to perfection is often what holds us back from thriving and running a successful business.
Natalie’s book resonated with me on so many levels.

MY DARLING LEMON THYME: EVERY DAY, Emma Galloway
Emma Galloway’s third cookbook is brimming with over
100 delicious, gluten-free vegetarian recipes. There are a number of steps in many of the recipes but they are so worth it – particularly the two that I have already made – Harissa + lemon cauliflower + quinoa + coriander sauce and the Spiced pumpkin snacking cake.
Emma includes ‘anything’ recipes, which are useful for any fruit or vegies you might have to hand, and a section on making tea infusions which, as an avid tea drinker, I will definitely be trying.
