With 1 in 9 women affected by breast cancer, chances are, we all know someone who has faced this life-changing diagnosis. Whether it’s a friend, sister, mum, colleague – or maybe even yourself – breast cancer touches lives in every corner of our community.
That’s why Breast Cancer Support Services is proud to bring back its biggest annual fundraiser, the 100ks in 30 Days Challenge, kicking off on 1st May – and they want YOU to be part of it!
What is the 100ks in 30 Days Challenge?
It’s simple, fun, and impactful:
Complete 100 kilometres over 30 days in May – however you like! Walk, run, cycle, skate, dance… if it gets your body moving and it’s human-powered, it counts!
Not only is it a great way to boost your fitness and feel good, but every step you take helps raise vital funds for local people living with breast cancer.
Why Join?
Because this challenge makes a real difference – and it’s local.
All money raised goes directly to the Breast Cancer Support Services Tauranga Trust, a charity that provides practical and emotional support to people across our community as they navigate their breast cancer journey.
So whether you’re taking part in memory of a loved one, supporting someone currently going through treatment, or just want to do something meaningful – this is your chance.
