If you’ve ever watched Riverdance and found yourself tapping your feet along, you’re in for a treat this festive season. A Celtic Christmas is bringing all the spirit, sparkle, and sheer joy of an Irish Christmas to New Zealand this November and December.
Fresh from a hit run off-Broadway, this high-energy Irish dance and music show by PACE LIVE promises to be a feel-good night that’s part concert, part celebration, and pure festive magic. Think breath-taking footwork, live musicians, and singalong-worthy carols – all wrapped up with that unmistakable Irish humour and heart.

The show features more than 15 world-class performers, including New Zealand’s own Irish dance champions Keely O’Grady (2024 NZ & International Rose of Tralee) from Auckland and Mitchell O’Hara from Christchurch. They’ll join an international cast of dancers and musicians who’ve performed in iconic productions like Riverdance and Lord of the Dance.
Producers Ceili Moore and Brent Pace know a thing or two about showmanship – they’re both world champion Irish dancers who have performed alongside the great Michael Flatley. Together, they’ve created a dazzling celebration that captures the warmth, wit, and wonder of an Irish Christmas – right here in New Zealand.

Whether you have Irish roots, a soft spot for Christmas carols, or just love a good night out that leaves you smiling, A Celtic Christmas promises to deliver an unforgettable experience. Expect a blend of traditional tunes, heartfelt ballads, jaw-dropping dance routines, and that infectious Irish charm that makes the season feel a little brighter.
A Celtic Christmas will tour across New Zealand in November and December 2025, kicking off with a glittering opening night in Auckland. CLICK HERE to buy tickets (scroll down on their website to New Zealand!)
