The winning family will enjoy guided tours of both Ruakuri Cave and Aranui Cave, discovering two very different underground worlds. Wander through Ruakuri Cave’s spectacular spiral entrance, marvel at thousands of glowworms and towering limestone formations, then explore Aranui Cave, celebrated for its intricate limestone decorations and resident colony of native cave wētā.
Together, the two experiences offer around 2.5 hours of underground exploration, showcasing some of the very best of Waitomo’s natural wonders.
