Mode & Opal named a Top 100 Finalist in the 2026 SHE-com Women in Ecommerce Awards

Mode & Opal, the New Zealand-designed premium stainless steel drink bottle brand designed for the whole family, has been named a Top 100 Finalist in the 2026 SHE-com Women in Ecommerce Awards. The national program recognises the leading female-founded product brands in Australian ecommerce.

The awards celebrate women building product brands with purpose and performance, across every stage of growth. Mode & Opal was selected from a competitive field of entries, judged by a panel of retail, media and ecommerce leaders.

“Mode & Opal launched seven months ago from my home in Hamilton. To be named alongside this calibre of female-founded brands is a moment I won’t forget. The recognition belongs to our community as much as it does to us,” said Natasha Burger, founder of Mode & Opal.

Among those is Jessie, a matrescence practitioner, whose message after her son’s first sip from the bottle read: “I should’ve recorded my son taking his first sip. His face was priceless like WOAH.”

The finalist announcement follows the launch of Mode & Opal’s 770ml bottle on 9 June 2026. The accompanying Founders Box, a limited 50-unit release, sold out within six days and delivered the brand’s highest single-day revenue to date. The 770ml is now in general retail alongside the original 940ml bottle.

Winners will be announced at the SHE-com Awards Gala on 25 June 2026.
