Ingredients:

  • 2 cups buckwheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 squirt maple syrup

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Heat a pan with coconut oil and fry for one minute each side.
  3. Serve with a sliced banana and maple syrup.
